Please read through our procedure, terms & conditions, and exchange fee requirements below before you proceed with the exchange. By submitting the exchange form, you agree to our exchange procedure, terms & conditions, and fee requirements. We are not responsible for any LGOLD and IDK tokens sent not according to the terms &s; conditons. LGOLD and IDK token that have been sent to us not according to the terms & conditions may be refunded back to the sender wallet address after admin fee deduction equivalent to IDR 100.000 (one hundred thousand rupiah). The admin fee includes Mining fee, Exchange withdraw fee, and any other fees required to refund the tokens.

Terms and Conditions
- The value of 1 LGOLD token is equivalent to 1 gram of local gold bullion.
- Local gold bullion refers to physical gold in any forms that often comes from jewelry, gold mine, and other sources from Indonesia. Gold bullion is the raw material of fine gold bar. Gold bullion if not a SNI certified fine gold bar.
- Certified Fine Gold bar is a 24 carat gold bar with purity of 99.99% that has gone through SNI (Indonesia Standard) certification.
- LGOLD token holder can exchange their token to Certified Fine Gold bar only.
- Exchange Agent is agent or entity that has been appointed by PT Komodo Teknologi Indonesia to help with the exchange service.
- Minting Fee will be charged for each exchange. Details on the amount is stated below. Full fee amount must be sent for the exchange to be successful.
- Token exchange is final. PT Komodo Teknologi Indonesia and Exchange Agent does not provide Fine Gold bar buyback service.
- PT Komodo Teknologi Indonesia can change this procedure and terms & conditions at anytime without further notice.
Exchange Procedure
- LGOLD token holder that choose to exchange LGOLD token to Certified Fine Gold bar will need to submit a written request through the form below.
- Token holder can collect the Certified Fine Gold bar offline through our Exchange Agent office or have it delivered through our official courier partner.
- Collection through Exchange Agent:
- Token holder submit the exchange form and send the correct amount of tokens & fees to the wallet address stated above.
- Token holder arrange an appointment to come to our agent office.
- Collection of the Certified Fine Gold bar during the appointed timeslot.
- Collection through Courier Service:
- Courier service will only accept delivery of Certified Fine Gold bar.
- Token holder submit the exchange form and send the correct amount of tokens & fees to the wallet address stated above.
- When you receive the package, you are required to record the condition of the package and the unboxing process in a video format.

- Insurance fee will be charged according to the Courier Service Terms & Conditions.
- During promotion period, Delivery and Insurance Fee is Free for delivery in Indonesia.
